Affiliate / Referral Terms

1. Not a multi-level scheme

Expert Growth Circle is not an MLM or network marketing scheme. There are no recruitment tiers, downlines or income from recruiting others.

2. Referrals

Members may refer colleagues who genuinely fit the programme. Where a referral reward is offered, the amount, conditions and payment timing will be stated in writing before the referral is made.

3. Ethical promotion

• No spam, unsolicited email, or messaging people without consent.
• No purchased lists or scraped contact data.
• No income claims, guarantees or exaggerated results.
• No bidding on our brand terms in paid search without written permission.

4. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose any referral relationship in line with CAP Code and CMA guidance, for example using "#ad" or a plain statement that you may receive a reward.

5. Termination

We may withdraw referral eligibility and withhold unpaid rewards where these terms are breached. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
