Cancellation Terms
These terms explain how you can withdraw an application or cancel membership with Marshall Digital Group Ltd, company number 17367350, trading as Expert Growth Circle.
Withdrawing an application
Applying to the Founding Pilot is free and creates no obligation. You can withdraw your application at any time by emailing anthony@marshalldigital.uk, and we will remove your details on request.
Cancelling a paid membership
Where paid founding membership is offered after the pilot, it is a rolling monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future payments; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Statutory cancellation rights
Consumers in the UK generally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Where you ask us to begin providing the service within that period, you may be charged for the value of what has been supplied before you cancel.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us accepting the cancellation.
How to cancel
Email anthony@marshalldigital.uk with the subject line "Cancellation" and the email address on your account. We will confirm in writing.
