1. Who we are

This website and the Expert Growth Circle programme are operated by Marshall Digital Group Ltd, company number 17367350, trading as Expert Growth Circle, registered in England and Wales.

2. Applications and membership

Applying to the Founding Pilot is free and does not guarantee a place. We select contributors based on relevance, audience fit and willingness to promote the campaign ethically. Founding membership pricing may be offered to suitable contributors after the pilot.

3. Results and expectations

We make no guarantee of any specific number of leads, subscribers, sales or revenue. Our aim is to help suitable members build towards their first 100 permission-based leads; actual results depend on your offer, campaign fit and level of participation.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information in your application.
• Contribute a genuinely useful, lawful free resource.
• Only email people who have consented to hear from you.
• Comply with UK GDPR, PECR and applicable advertising standards.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of resources you contribute and grant us a licence to display and distribute them for the purposes of the campaign. All website content remains our property.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business arising from participation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
