Who we are

What we collect

• Name, email address, business and website details you submit through our application form.
• Information about your audience, ideal client and the free resource you may contribute.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and analytics events.

Why we use it

• To review and respond to your Founding Pilot application (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps).
• To send you campaign updates and marketing where you have given consent.
• To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests).

Consent and marketing

We only add you to marketing communications where you have actively opted in. Consent is never pre-ticked, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.

Sharing your data

We do not sell email lists or share personal data without consent. Where a collaborative campaign involves other contributors, data is only shared with participants you have explicitly opted in to hear from, and this is made clear at the point of sign-up.

We use trusted processors for hosting, database storage, email delivery and analytics. They act only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep application data for as long as needed to assess and run the pilot, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email anthony@marshalldigital.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
